Non-replaceable or returnable products
For the sake of health safety, medicines cannot be returned or replaced. Open or used personal care products. Products purchased as part of final offers or qualifiers.
The mechanism of retrieval
After receiving and checking the product, if approved, the refund will be made within 3 to 10 working days to the same payment method used. If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped after receiving the returned product. If the error is from the store, we bear the shipping costs. In other cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
